Today got magic show...

I cannot stand it any longer
Hate for geography is growing stronger
My mind is just turning blank
Hopes for geography have all sank
You see it started with Physics and C Maths
The day before the papers were frantic and thats
When I really started to get very sian
Everything was terrible but aiyah bo pian
Gotta keep moving on for the sake of DKPP
By the end of the paper I started to plea plea
That geography would stop throwing itself straight into me
But it just wouldn't stop, kept going like it knew me
And that is why I recently think I have gone crazy
Because of that I haven't studied much oopsie daisy
And since I got home 9 hours have past
I must survive the rest of them till the paper done is last
Have to just get rid of this stupid geography
That tomorrow I may be free and happy
Be free.

Guys, ttrtrtrry not to do other work, exam tomorrow you know?

Ebony and Ivory

Well, having a cough/flu and ulcer isn't so bad after all...

The ulcer makes you wanna drink water, which makes the flu better, though you don't really feel like drinking water with all the phlegm. So, maybe an ulcer is good after all, in a way.

Flu and ulcer, such a pair. Flulcer? Heh or Fulcer.

Anyway,

The storm is back
And with my lack
Of physics preparation
It seemed a worthless operation

But C Maths paper one
Proved easy as a bun
With 20 minutes left remaining
I wasn't there complaining

Yet out came C Maths paper two
Not hard, but so little time to do
With 7 marks now left in limbo
Hope it means marks not low

The break was slightly longer than expected
Last minute memorization was the activity elected
But no matter how long, it still seems short
For when the thunder sounds, studying you must abort

And physics paper 1 seemed all too rosy
Timing was generous, a little too cosy
Sure, some things may not have seemed clear
And I had to pull a few tricks out my ear

But when paper 2 came out to action
Everyone changed in their reaction
Sure, easy in physics terms it may be
But for a paper it was filled with difficulty
And now I have to really study
That tomorrow I may be able to DKPP!

Physics Phail.
Just pretend?

The One With The Break

You know when you play the game The Last Stand, and in the day you can prepare for the zombies at night?

It's something like that right now, with the hurricane gone.

The hurricane arrived
And everybody dived
With chinese in the air
It's hard to just not swear

Though paper 1 was good
I wish the streak had stood
For during paper 2
My answers were like poo

Then listening compre
Was normal as can be
With answers such as B
Its much more easy

For the next day we prepared
But to blank space I stared
LA and IHS paired
Made me very scared

LA was here
There was much to fear
Jessie and Jeff made me think of team rocket
An OK paper into my pocket

Then IHS was next to come
Hard for many, OK for some
Though I was panicky
And a good essay I did not see

But the terror is gone
Though its legacy stays on
And we all start preparing
For only the most daring
Can meet physics and maths
Talk about horrible sets

And it will soon come back
So we cannot just slack
Its time for serious revision
So that we can have supervision
Over the storm returning
And good marks we shall be earning.

Back to geog time D:

Exams,
You make me very indignant.

The One With The Recurrence

After deleting drafts, I realise this is post #93!

The hurricane is back
Heading through the sac
Towards the old audi
To taunt and terror me

And in this strange territory
I will run the route set out for me
Against the terrible storm
In terrifying form

I'm not sure when it'll last
I'll wait till it has past
That we may all be free
In peace and harmony

In these bad bad days
You really have to prays
Don't fill yourself with sorrow
There's hope for tomorrow

So I wish good fortune
That these trials will be opportune
That through the raging see
We may emerge with glee

I don't feel safe.

The One With The Holidays

Well, I'm back from Hong Kong now, and though I'm still trying to shake off the HongKongAccent and I really want to sleep and stuff, I thought I had better start writing this early since It'd better be long to make up for the usual holiday lack of post. Blog posts, not post cereal. Oh and it's 3rd December now, in the morning at 1:15 am.

SO, school ended on 29th October, if my memory serves me well enough,

That surely was a long long time ago, fresh and new.

The holidays were an adventure, with fresh prospects ahead.

Surely it seemed a bit busy, but what's a little busyness anyway? There's sure to have pockets of free time.

And on 2nd November, IBA Began, and would only end on 13th October.

Aaaaand it was better than I could ever imagine.

Whether it was breakfast, lunch, snacks,
                        tehping, bubble tea, root beer,
                        work, food, play,
                        ninja warrior, deliveries, calling,
                        computers, books, logistics,
                        pool, connect 4, ping pong,
                        testing, fixing, squeezing,
                        climbing, running, fooling around,
                        rolling on the floor laughing,
                        prank calling, turning crazy,
                        bosses, colleagues, or friends,
It was pure awesome.

Tiring as it was, tehping was the sponsor for hyperactivity, though from the second week of IBA starting 9th November regular visits to Sixth Crescent would add to the everything.

Though I must admit Brandon Chia was very funny, yes. Could be a stand-up comedian or something.

NOT FORGETTING,

HOME COOKED FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

Ahh, to think the days when my house had home cooked food was when I could hardly eat many things anyway.

Thank you, thank you.

However, as fun and tiring IBA was, it came to an end, on 13th November.

Aye, how sad a day it was, we finished our work and did everything that had to be done before leaving REACH Family Services Centre.

Humph. Next day was 14th November though,

BB SGB FAA Duty Briefing at BBHQ in the morning (Man, acronyms could BBQ your brain)
Choir Meeting thingamajiggy thingamabob somewhere in the day,
Reach @ 10, which was revisiting the sadness and rejection of IBA withdrawal,
LDP Meeting @ KAP Macs in the late afternoon.

OH WAIT,

Flight to Shanghai at knight. Not to forget packing somewhere before. As could be expected, only highlighted events were attended.

No rest, straight off to CHINA.

/\/\/\/\great wall/\/\/\

I really can't be bothered to look for a picture, so yeah.

And for anyone who does not know, the great wall is in Beijing, not Shanghai.

Not bad, I must say, it was a free holiday, sponsored by CP Kelco and various Membership Cards that accumulate points. So my mum books stuff for her company and redeems free flights and accommodation for us. Not the first free holiday summore, though it is the furthest free holiday. Went with my mum and my cousin and her mum. A lot of good food in Shanghai, Um mum mum mum mum.

And shopping and stuff, typical eat and shop holiday.

And mahjong.

Yeah. On top of a towel on our suitcase on the bed. That bad.

World EXPO does look cool and stuff, but I really can't be bothered to elaborate too much ont his trip and I am very tempted to just go and sleep now. Ah well,

Got back to Changi International Airport on 19th November night.

And on 20th November was More Meetings Meticulously Made, Moo!

Supposed to buy candles from IKEA int he morning, but my dad went to get it, so he could ride his motorbike again or something. Hmm. So afternoon was LDP meeting, travelling to Saint Andrew's Autism Centre to meet Ms. Serene. I would not elaborate, but it was so boring and such a waste of time I felt like just falling to the floor and sleeping. It was about the 12th Day straight of very very busy and tiring days, with 7 days of 7-12 IBA+Choir, 1 day of rushing around from 7-2+, 5 days busy overseas, and one horrible day staring at Ms Serene's face as she stares at blank air.

Yes, her staring at blank air took up most of the meeting, as she did that for nearly a minute before she said anything. Minutes of silence, one after another. Hmm, and I missed out on so much at the meeting @ KAP I didn't understand a lot of stuff.

Went off to school after that (long long journey) for Choir EXCO meeting, cos apparently a lot of thigns happened when I was away.

Yeah. Ate dinner with prefects at Broadway. Though I will always be loyal to Wah Chee. Can never eat there too many times, even in the same day.

21st November (the next day) was more relaxed, I would say.

Met Bryan and Ivan in school, and though I thought I was late, I was earliest. Oh, and I caught Seniors lurking travelling towards the school on Seniors' Morning on the day of Seniors' Night.

Yeah, decorations, paint, wah chee, TEHPING, good stuff.

Oh, met Noel at Wah Chee too, drinking TEHPING.

Gotta love the MERCUREAN LASERBEAM PENGUINS OF TEHPING.

Yeah, Seniors' Night and stuff, eventful, eventful, yeah.

Rushing here and there, running around, seeing JonJon run around, having fun, yeah.

Though I do miss IBA D:

Hmm, still longing for a free weekday to do stuff. But the choir portion of the holidays was not to last a few nights and 1 full day. Practices and a Peformance (serenading as a workshop) Perpetually Pulled me back again.

23rd November had a busy morning, with Choir Practice which was to be left halfway for BB Meeting. Leaving me more clueless about the songs to be sung at the performances pretending to be a workshop. Yeah, took the music scores home though, and yeah.

24th November was the first free weekday of the holidays! :O :D XD (hehe ex-dee) Yippeeeeeeeeeeee!

The days were growing freeer!

For on 25th November, I had time to watch a movie. Choir Practice in morning, then lunch at Wah Chee and SSEF Meeting (SMP thingy) with NQX and QYJ. 3 of us were in school in the morning for different reasons. And yeah, full of nonsense. QYJ went back to Compserv camp, nqx and I went to watch 2012. Quite funny, once you're turned crazy and you've learnt how to laugh at everything, which was what we did. Thennnnnn

26th November was the day of the performance in workshop's clothing. Our Choir got 7th Place :O!

(out of 7 secondary school choirs)

Went out with sec 2s, Glennnnn and Song Yeong. Quite..... Amusing.

Took a "leisurely" walk from MacDonalds at Shaw Centre to Sixth Crescent. About 7-8 km. In about, dammit forgot how long,

Yeah.

I cannot remember what happened on the 27th of November, though the 28th of November was the date for the Sharity Gift Box opening ceremony. Monumental Marking of the end of the choir segment, and the beginning of BB SGB. I would go on now, but it's 2:49 am and I really need to sleep, so I'll continue tomorrow or later or whatever.

And I'm back!

So, if you've read to here, I must congratulate you. And, if you find missing letters in the parts of the post following this to form a word, tell me the word in school and you get a prize! :O And if you can't get it then I'd give you cloos if you ask. yeah.

First prize ORANGE eclipse.

Yeah, SGB duty usually commences around 8-9 in the morning, in BB Full Uniform.

And from 28th November to 1st December it was 4 days of SGB.

Ho boring and tiring, to sum it up.

Oh and I realised I already elaborated on it before, so,

After that was 2nd December, the 2nd free weekday of the holidays for me.

Slacked about and packed for Church Camp, which was from 3rd December to 6th December.

It was great, yeah. There were beds! And there was hot water! And there was Stansfield Hall of Residence! And Bartley MRT! And good stuff!

Yeah, can't really remember much to say about it though :p

Hmm yeah, the second part of the holidays doesn't have as much to elaborate on.

So, left camp earlier on the 6th December to go for lunch my mother was buying. Tim Sum. Dim Sum. Yeah, was my brother's birthday too, went to watch Ilaine's new musical, horrible mass-produced music again. Then it was time to go home, and rest. For once.

7th and 8th December was spent at home, again! :O Count 4 for free weekdays.Stayed at home relaxing, playing computer games for once, finalizing stuff for the 10th. Yeah, good days.

Then 9th December! T'was a good day. Can't remember the exacts of what I was doing, but I remember it was good stuff. Good day, yes. Good day. OH YEAH! Went to Jacks' Place for dinner :D Good steak and stuff. Nice stuff. Oh! And a cake! Yeah there was a cake bought the day before, from Swenson's :O Can't remember when I last had a cake, but yeah. Too bad it was only cut 11th night when my bro came back from camp.

Then 10th December! Met QYJ at Braddell MRT and shared a hotcakes meal at McDonald's. Then took MRT down down town to Harbourfront MRT, and met everyone else at Long John Silver's, before eventually taking the Sentosa Express!!

Whoooooo! Into the future!!

Yes, and in the future we found the beach station, and waited for the tram! XD Awesome tram, it looked super cool and purple and newish and nice and faster than we thought. The tram then went past us as it was going along Siloso Beach, and us people going to Palawan/Tanjong beach had to wait quite a while longer for the pathetic tram to crawl over. Seemed more like a few big golf buggies put together, using only the pwoer of one of them to operate the whole tram. Well, eventually we did get to tanjong beach, without the anticipated frisbee or anything. Sooooooooooooooo,

We tried to make a sandcastle as some people played cards under a huttish place,
gave up and buried Shah in the sand,
Ventured into the water,
Lay there, swam there, did all kinds of things there, too many to list, and it was like 2+ already, so fast.

So rugger brought us to Palawan to wash up before grabbing TEHPING!

TEHPING!!
TEHPINGTEHPINGTEHPING!!!!!!
Yeah.

And headed back for sooshee boofay.

Ate a lot of sushee. Ate a lot of boofay. And ate a lot of mochi ice cream. And stuff. Not cheap, but worth the money I guesss.......

Following which we went around aimlessly till it was time to watch New Moon.

Or should I say, The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Now that really was a complete waste of time, and money, and effort to go in.

Well, I guess now I can say I know my enemy better, which is always a good thing to know.

Very very very stupid, feeblish plot and it's as if the whole movie was just to introduce the existence of werewolves.

Also, all Bella knows is
I love Edward
I can't live without you
I want to kill myself now you're gone
I can't do anything without you, yet with you I don't look much happier either.

And and and and and, the climax of the movie was when Edward wanted to take off his shirt and sparkle.

Now that's some nonsenseface. Anyway Bella is more emo than Ebony Dementia Darkness Raven Way.

Yeah, then the movie ended, went to the National Geographic Store (2nd in the world!) then went home.

It was soon time for some 11th December which was pack for BB Camp Day. Leadership Development Camp 2, required for a badge. At the BB/GB Campsite at Sembawang, right next to the sea. The only problem: You don't see the sea, because they block the view up, for the view of bushes are a lot more therapeutic. Yeah.

And I was warned it would be boring, but there's no way to prepare yourself for that D:

So it was a horribly torturous  12th December to 13th December due to sheer boredom.

The following days were sure to improve, though. for from 14th December to 18th December, my week was free! Free free free free free! Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Spent the time watching The Big Band Theory, trying to read, doing all kinds of random stuff. On 17th December, the Thursday, however, I did go out with Nat! Notch yew, but Nat! Haha, geddit? Nevermind anyway he just got back from The United States of America and all.

Went to eat at Manhatten Fish Market for lunch :O :O :O 10 dollars for a very nice soup and a very very huge drink and really nice rice and a lot of fish though.

Hmm but before eating bought something very very sneaky for someone to be more sneaky. Nah, just for his birthday.

Took the Mass Rapid Transport down to Orchard Road, where we went to Kinokuniya and I bought the missing books from the Wicked series I did not have, along with 2 Jetstreams which came with a free new jetstream colour pen, which was shiny and all. Yeah, used one of my 2 $20 Kinokuniya vouchers.

Went around looking for more stuff and ended up on a bus further downtown to Suntec City, via Millenia Square where there was Candy Empire :O Which we spent 3 minutes at without buying anything.

Then, at Suntec City we walked the length of the 3rd level before walking the length of the 2nd level, then the length of the second level again, then the length of the second level again :p.

(3rd level for toys 'R' us, 1st length of 2nd level to get to mini toons, 2nd to get back to start point to buy haato, 3rd time to get to MRT.) :D

And did I mention Nat was jet-lagged and went to sleep at 5pm? Heh, evil agenda to keep him awake. By then he had no more time to sleep by 5 I think, though he was very tired :p

Then we got a tehping from the kopitiam-ish place at citylink mall! Such a waste of money, such a disgrace to tehping! :O D: At least it kept Nat awake :p

Yeah, and that's about it.

Next day on the 18th it is notable that I downloaded WoW Trial because I was extremely bored D:

The rest of the holidays would mostly be festivish holidayish familyish stuff, yeah. From 19th December to 28th December.

19th December was the day of my bro's Passing Our Parade. As in you go army, you go BMT, get out of BMT, go to vocation to learn stuff, finish learning and pass out, then it's slack all the way. Yeah, passed out, drove inside the camp and went to the bunks and random stuff like that. Soon left, went to IMM and did lotsa stuff, yeah.

Things started to get real holidayish around then.

21st December was a Monday, and we were all free. And we went to Jay Bee. We were filled with glee, if only you could see. Parking was at a low price, that was very nice. Food was of good price, we couldn't believe our eyes.

Yeah, went to AEON Tebrau City, some big shopping centre, with a JUSCO and a TESCO next door.

Went there extremely hungry due to lack of breakfast and prolonging jams at the causeway. Cheap food resulted in us ordering a lot of food, and eating it. Being overseas puts my father in a not miserish sorta mood, and coupled with everything being so cheap we usually spend not little when going to Malaysia.

Basically walked around and bought stuff, and went to TESCO and bought a lot of stuff. Since parkign is nearby and JB is close to Singapore, even cheaper supermarket items were bought, which means a lot was bought. Yes.

Once leaving that area, it was about 5 so we went to Holiday Plaza, where we used to go to. When I was in kindergarten and P1 we used to go JB a lot more often, and we revisited the place, yeah.

Ate at the Chinese restaurant in front of the carpark where we used to park, except the carpark had become a building. Yeah, Chinese restaurant was the same, memories memories whatnot. Walked around there too, a smaller shopping centre with a lot more fake and pirated goods than the rather more upmarket but still cheap Tebrau City.

Yeah, ate and shopped and stuff, good to revisit old places. My father also learnt the wonder of Google Maps and how it could show you how to get from one place to another. This led from one thing to another and now our car has a newly bought GPS (Bought yesterday, 9th January). Yeah, got home rather fast and stuff.

Didn't get to eat A&W's D:

Did go home with one new pair of burms and one new T-shirt, though.

24th December was Christmas. Yeah, typical Christmas stuff, went to aunty's house, played rock band for a while, prepared ham, didn't play mahjong this year, yeah.

But this year their house just got a newly installed karaoke system. So before Christmas at 11+ we were choosing Christmas songs to play, then when it turned midnight, the uncles went in while the rest of us came out, our cousins got Singapore Pictionary for my bro and I ! :O

Its literally pictionary with a sticker stuck on saying Singapore Edition, and an extra box of Singapore only cards. And a shiny certificate saying you own one of the 5,500 copies available in the world. Yeah, so we played that till like 1 or 2 as the uncles sang horribly inside the TV Room place thingy. Yeah.

Quote: "My friend, you are not drunk enough to sing karaoke"
"Uncle Teck Lea, your friendly neighbourhood drink pusher"

Yeah.

On 26th December night, went to a place at Hillcrest called Pepperoni's, very very good place to eat, though not cheap. Their huge pizza is so huge you wouldn't believe it, yet so thin and nice you could eat more. More taste, less filling! My nephew came back from Australia later that night, my cousin's family with 2 sons, yeah.

Soon, it was 29th December morning, early early at like 4, leaving to the airport to go overseas again! :O This time with my brother and stuff, went to Hong Kong from 29th December to 2nd January.

Ate burger king at the airport, got on the plane, United Airlines, only flight available since we booked so late.

United was okay I guess, food was crap and everyone shared the screen and the flight there was quite horrible :p Pressure very bad too, yeah.

Took the Airport Express to Hong Kong Station and checked in at the Island Pacific Hotel, not very hip but it would prove quite a nice place to be after all. On the west of Hong Kong Island.

We left and went to Yung Kee, some famous duck place, waited 45 minutes for a place, ate good food (Even century egg plain never tasted that good for some reason) We then walked to the peak tram and took it to the peak, the tram was super cool, going up at liek 45 degree angles and possibly more than that at times. Definitely cannot support standing passengers. Peak was damn damn cool, but it was so foggy we couldn't see anything. And it's very scary when everything is so slippery cos you're literally like part of the clouds kinda thing already.

Went back down, went to Causeway Bay and ate wanton mee, and shopped and stuff, went to Sogo.

Next day went to Ocean Park. We learnt to take the tram which was right in front of our hotel, and would prove to be like damn cool and convenient and useful and cool. Went to Ocean Park, which was awesome, except for the Tai Shue Wan escalator system, that was just pissing. Yeah, all kinds of rides, very naise. Though we didn't get to go on the mine train coaster D:

And Snack and Cooler was damn cool,

Yeah then went to some Factory Outlet place nearby that was in some book, turned out to be super high class and even though cheaper it wasn't great, very bad and a waste of time actually. Went to Tai Koo, Cityplaza Mall, yeah stuff.

Next day was 31st December! We went off earlier a bit to get to Mong Kok MTR area, to eat at a 1 Star Michelin Restaurant selling TimSum cheaper than like a cheap place in Singapore. The chef has like a restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel selling stylo TimSum, but he set up another store with normal more affordable TimSum for everyone. It opened at 10 and closed at 10, and we arrived there 10:15 in the morning. Took a number, we would have to wait at least 2 hours. We asked the guy when we should come back since we'd go walking elsewhere, he said in 2 hours we still wouldn't get a place. The place could only seat like 30 people at a time after all. So in the end we waited 3 hours 20 minutes to get a space, but the TimSum was chickenbacksidebananafishcake awesome! I mean, TimSum tasting like that isn't supposed to exist! Like really, woah! Worth the 3h 20min wait.

Then we went to Ladies' Street, another market place with lots of stuff to buy, really good. Went out halfway to Fa Yuen street though, like the Hong Kong Queensway, but along the street. And cheaper than Singapore, and more types that look nicer and stuff. Really awesome. Bought stuff bought stuff, found dinner at Ajisen eventually and rushed to the Avenue of Stars at about 9. Basically Hong Kong has many many islands, btu the two main ones are probably Hong Kong Island and like the part connecting to mainland China, Tsim Tsa Tsui. So there would be fireworks at the top of Hong Kong Island at the hip central area called Central, and we got like the perfect view, which we had to wait another 3 hours for. For 4.5 minutes of like boomz. But it's only like stuff coming out of buildings, not high in the sky fireworks, cos I guess they're scared of bad fog and stuff. So a beet disappointing but cool lah. Especially the tallest building, ifc 2, bursting with sparks all around and displaying 2010. Really cool.

Eventually we got back and it was the 1st. Went to a factory outlet place on Lantau Island, the Island with Disneyland on it. It's like a huge shopping centre with food republic, just that every shop is a factory outlet selling good stuff at cheap prices. Bought school shoes there and stuff.

Yeah then went to Temple Street at night cos we spent so much time at the outlet place. Yeah another market place, not as impressive as day before.

Then we took the Star Ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui to Hong Kong Island and went back,

Last day we checked in our luggage and everything in town!

Probably the most cool thing about Hong Kong aviation. Since they have the train going to the Airport from the City, the users of the train and check in everything, everything in the city, and the luggage would end up on the train to the airport. So we did that, ate TimSum at a cool nice place with ncie view but expensive since it's stylo and fully English enabled.

Went to Kowloon shopping mall Elements, did stuff. Went to the airport, ate Popeye's chicken for the first time! Also ate Ben and Jerry's ice cream on Offer. Good stuff. Got on the plane, this time better than the last. We were on like the slightly betetr economy prolly cos we checked in so early in the city, more leg room and stuff. Then I learnt how nice the radio channels were on United, yeah and got home nicely,

Arrived home, saw Joel Yap at the void deck. What a surprise.

3rd January was spent coming back and settling back and stuff, getting ready for school. I did wake up with a sore throat, which by the end of the day would include a headache.

4th January was supposed to be a day of Choir meetings and BB Admin Standby, both of which I did not go for because of sickness. The headache became bad bad bad bad. Stayed at home suffering and feeling sick and ARGHing and stuff. Everything like fever without the high temperature. Pissing. Yeah, went to school the next day. And that was the last day effectively of the holidays.

Oh yes, edit: Nearly forgot to dump in 4 music videos in a row.

The One Without Sharity The Elephant

I would Think Sharity Les Elephantes would read the title and become Les Miserables.

Hmm, going for camp tomorrow, will be back on Sunday, which is my brother's birthday. Which is our combined birthday lunch + watch Ilaine's new musical day.

Ah well, BB SGB was fun and boring and somewhat slack since it was outstation.

Day One: SGB Opening Ceremony.

Woah! This day can really teach you that the S in SGB stands for slack. Sitting around, standing around, eating lunch, buying Old Chang Kee, standing and standing, and standing, while hearing people exclaim in excitement because of all the
Boys' Brigrade
 Boy Scouts
 Boys wearing police clothes
Aren't they all exciting. Sat around, stood around, stood around, went home.

Started at 9 and ended at 4:30. 7 and a half hours, I must say that is a short amount of time.

Day 2!

Posted to AMK Hub.

Supposed to have a gift box (donate food) and a wish tree (donate specific things people wish for) so though they initially posted two of us there, we asked and got 2 sec 1s to follow us :)

Reached there, they didn't give wishes, they said they'd call us back. That was at 11.

At 4pm, they called back, asked whether I have a piece of paper. I didn't, they called back 5 minutes later asking the same question. Mysteriously, it hadn't materialized in my hand so we had 4 of us at the gift box the whole time, talking nonsense and all kinds of stuff. The two sec 1s were from Bukit Batok Secondary School and the guy was from North Brook Secondary School. Still super fun though, cool people.10 hours of duty, many things happening, go home. Quite tired, sleeeeep.

Food Random Adults Unselfishly Donated (FRAUD): Breadtalk Cakes ($5 for 5 pieces)

Day 3

Posted to Bukit Timah Plaza.

Paired up with a sec 1 from 60th coy (aka RI)

OK Lah, a bit stone at beginning, but he was a nice guy so it was good.

A lot of coins donated once the rich people there emptied their Louis Vuitton coin pouches into the coin tin. (True Story)

Quite funny around 4-6 when they started competing, sorta, of donating more. After not many donations the whole day, suddenly people would come with trolleys full, donating so much, oh so much.

Then at 7 a mother and son came. Son was called Richard. I went to Jollibean to get some light dinner since FRAUD was quite heavy, and came back seeing 20 new packs of 5kg rice in the box. Then when I hoped to find a broom, I saw them inside again. Buying oil. Before we knew it, they came and came and came, with about 5 trolleys full fo everything, filling up the entire big big box by themselves. They occupied about 1.5 hours of our time and it was time to go home. Quite quite tired.

FRAUD: KFC Ultimate Value Box ($5.50 per person)

Day 4!!

At long last, last day.

Paired up with some guy.

Stoned, stoned, he was doing same duty as me from 29th Nov to 1st Dec so both of us were super super tired already. Yet the Bishan Junction 8 Branch we were posted to had little privacy and was very crowded so we had to stay awake, while walking around to stay awake. I refused to pay $2 for such a small price of not spectacular tehping from Ya Kun so yeah. Very very very tired can't remember much since was so tired.

Though I do remember hearing the long playlist of songs NTUC had so many times. Soooo long you wouldn't believe it, yet heard it soooooo many times it's pure ridiculous.

Remember this song though,

Didn't though it was such a charityish song. For the famine in Ethiopia quite a long long time ago.

Yeah, and after 9 to 4:30 and 8:30 to 9, 8:40, 8:40 on days 2, 3, 4 respectively, sitting at NTUCs for about a total of 30 hours (assuming standing is sitting) I shall refuse to be stationed anywhere on the 7th of December, no matter how better food could lure one to make the wrong decision.

I better go pack for camp finish.

And so the story ends
As concentration bends
The elephant and me
Shall strut down orchard road in glee.

Signing out,
Thats all.

The One WIth The IBA

Some people's IBA are boring.

Some slack

But I just think mine is pure awesome.

Reach Family Services Centre.

Situated at approximately a 5 minute drive away from home, and an 8 minute drive on bus. Unfortunately, the bus takes 20-30 minutes to arrive.

Day 1

Doing typical stuff a family services centre would do.

Y'know, testing out 14 computer sets and equipment and all kinds of hardware. And categorizing books in a resource library.

And eating maltesers. To think CK hadn't tried them before Monday.

Oh oh oh and teh cat cuddle around my leg too, the one outside the centre.

Breakfast: Prata: Curry came with potato! And one with a small piece of mutton!
Hot milo: Is nice, specially with ice
Lunch: Macs :D Monopoly :D Never win though

Day 2

More usual stuff, like typing in probably 100-200+ books in a computer, carrying them here and there, and other random stuff. Yeah, quite a lot of work.
Breakfast: ExExExpensive Ya Kun
Lunch: Tori Q Bento

Day 3

Aggravating day before.

Construction of the Burj Dubai.

Craziness. 100-200+ books easily becomes 100s and 100s of books to sift through.

And I am not liking some people.

Neil T. Anderson

H. Norman Wright

JAMES DOBSON

Henry Cloud

John Townsend

Les Carter

Steven Carter

Larry Keefauver

Stu Weber

Les Parrott III

You better watch out.

I am scarred for life.

Anyway, gonna watch This Is It tomorrow ! XD
