The One With The Impending Doom(edit:Celebration!)

Do you ever get the feeling that there is impending doom?

Exams are coming very soon, and I need to clear all kinds of work D:

And yet again the exams will come, and it will be hard, and hard, then it'll be over!

But I shall not go there. For now I just have to convince myself that it may be possible to get 36 points.



Yes, there may be miracles. I hope.

For now, I have to try doing more C Maths. (Guess what the C stands for)

Anyway, this blog was created about one year ago!

A long long time ago, I can still remember....

Yeah, you can stop it after the first 2 lines.

Yeah, just realised this blog was created on the 23rd of september 2008, while today is the 24th one year later.

This being my 2nd blog of course.

Hmm, So this post should be more of an anniversary post.

I sure have come a long way from The Power of Randomness, and though my posts have grown shorter, I find myself incapable of writing long posts like I used to.

One whole paragraph of ranting seems just too... Difficult?

Indeed, this blog is slowly degrading from a recording of events to thoughts to nonsense, pure nonsense.

But let us be glad, and let us be grateful. Let us rejoice upon this good news. Though there are no wicked workings of you know who, it still is wonderful to know I've been able to keep a blog alive for one year. As well as friends, of course. To make friends and keep them alive, remember to smile, lean forward, open your posture, and if all else fails or succeeds, never forget to nod. Just keep nodding. He'll eventually be your friend.

Anyway, for LDP, turns out I got a good group. if I were in like Eric's group the internal conflicts and bad sense of humours would just kill me.



You could break into song about wanting to hold their hand, but just don't forget to nod.

Hmm, yet again I am desperately trying to extend this post.

Oh yeah, yesterday I was doing POD. I was desperately trying to extend it, till I realised I had too many words, then I had to cut down. After all this and finally finishing it nicely, of course, I just had to notice the topic for the essay in front. Genius. I was just following the guiding questions behind the whole time. Ah well, its crazy POD lady.

Oh yeah, the day before yesterday CK and I went looking for an IBA job in the industrial estate called dunearn road. Sneaky right? Walked from around KAP (not KPA) to Serene Centre, about 7km+ including walking in the sidelanes. And to find what? Playschools, some childcares, maybe kindergartens and possibly preschools. After that and super tired thanks to at least 6-8kg bag, shared a mudpie at island creamery :D and of course CK's dad gets us a job just by a phone call. Tsk, walking 7km with heavy packs sounds a lot more honorable to me.

Oh yeah, the day before the day before yesterday, it was Monday, and what better way to celebrate a glorious public holiday than to meet up for LDP. Zzz at least it was fun, since everyone was less quiet and I discovered how ossum my group is. Heh. Yeah, stuff happened. And my parents ditched me in lunch since they wanted to eat at a nice place which meant not enough time for me to eat and go meet LDP people.

Oh yeah the day before the day before the day there was that day with that thing, and then I saw crazy POD lady and I laughed! And then she had a ticket to ride.

Yeah, nice and normal and stuff.

Humph. Starts to remind you of people, doesn't it?

Ah well, today there was a class celebration party-ish thing during PC. Of course, it is more affectionately known as "makan time". There was a mini PC time to complement the 8 mini pizzas we had. They're like... So small, we might as well have bought lesser big ones or something.

Thin crust doesn't help you to fill up either, so it won't help you much in dota.

And then I'm here, ranting on and on because it's the 1 year anniversary of this blog. Aren't I proud. Have I said that before? I can't remember :p

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLOGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

Yeah. You've always protected me when I was being braincrushed, you were always there for me when I felt in an "All By Myself" mood, and you always looked nice with that blogskin I dug and dug for, and turned out better than I ever thought it was. Ahh, the coziness you provide can only be replicated by a cozy bed, or something like that. Your sweet tunes in every blog post save me so much time from going to youtube to look for the videos, and you never complain when I repeat the same video 10 times due to obsession. Ahh, what would I do without you. No matter what happens, when I may forsake you, or leave you lonely for weeks, just remember that I have not forgotten you, and that Ayeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The One WIth The Panic

Went to the IT Fair today, more affectionately known as Comex. (Computer Exhibition)

Seems its the epitome of creative names for IT fairs in Singapore.

As compared to IT Show, PC Show and Sitex, though I still think Comex sounds nicer.

And the I come home after that and dinner. Which was after church and lunch. Yeah.

Then I realise I've yet to fill in any of the IBA Form, I haven't got my report book signed, I need to pack for tomorrow, I need to collaborate things i've not done and at least schedule some tie to do it at all, then I realise the existence of LAA work. Panic panic panic. Ah well, will just have to bathe then nicely organize everything, and pack for tomorrow.

Anyway, after the make-up class went to eat at broadway before meeting petey for SMP Poster Presentation Rehearsal.

Cept I had no idea what I was supposed to present and just talked on.
Petey thought it was good. Hmm.
But on Wednesday the people were gonna be smart, right?

Wrong. Tsk. To think people with so many qualifications would be able to see through people better. After so little effort and stuff, we got like chosen for VIP Presentation, which actually isn't that amazing as our category was super small, but amazing enough.

We were all ready to go home when we were called to stay back so much longer.
Ah well.
Anyway we didn't get chosen :D No presenting on stage during the conference.

On thursday, night went with Adi to partaayyyyyyy!
Birthday partayyy that is.
With Serangoon being connected to circle line, took from Marymount straight to Serangoon.
I'm beginning to like the circle line a lot :D

Hmm yeah, party was ownage, yeah.

Now, I'm, supposed to do work.

Yet I've prolly finished all work that might need to be completed by 1st day of school.
