Life's Good :D

Bleh almost forgot

Current favourite song: The Middle- Jimmy Eat World

Hi all, glad to say my past few days have gone very well :D (except tuesday for dad commentary) and the light att the end of the dark tunnel has finally come! Good news: First term over. Bad news: Many holidays and events in first term, the rest will just get worse and worse. Ah well, so for the holidays it'll be like:
Saturday: BB/Choir + Other Stuff = Probably go home and sleep = Day gone
Sunday: Church + Homework? Try to do homework? Slack. = Another one bites the dust
Monday: Choir+ BB Accommodations Committee Meeting = Busy (Good point: BB meeting ends 8.30 latest? Choir starts 2.30. Boredom is a conducive environment for homework)
Tuesday: Bleh homework + Some slack (I hope) = Gone
Wednesday: Possibly choir + hopefully less homework to be done + Hopefully more slack = Not coming back
Thursday-Friday: Church Camp! Its 123 only = (fly fast)ly don't have already
Saturday: Church camp/Choir + Other Stuff = Bleh so fast
Sunday: Church and enjoy the last bit of the last day of the ridiculously short holiday.
Tsk and teachers say we will always think its not enough. 4 weeks march and september holidays, 2 months june holidays and solid 4 months december is good enough for me....

Anyway, we just might be doing a journey's end musical! So song suggestions already start being created, some of them being:

-The Sound of Music The Sound of Gunfire
-The Music of the Night The Silence of the Night
-Defying Gravity Defying Orders
-You are 16, Going on 17 You are 50, Going on 51
-Go, go, go Joseph Go, go, go Stanhope

As you have learnt by now, I recently learnt how to do strikethroughs in posts.

hmm, oh yes and I managed to change the lyrics of Doh Rae Me. After many ideas, the one that came to my mind when I was most bored (ISO) was something many hold close to their hearts.

Let's start at the very beginning
A very good place to start
When you read you begin with A-B-C
When you eat you begin with S-A-C

SAC, SAC
The first place to go just happens to be
SAC, SAC

S-A-C-N-Pool-Ca-Fe-eh
Let's see if I can make it easier

S, A Student, studying
A, for activities
C, A centre, in the mid
N, A connecting word
Pool, A place to swim
Ca, A thing thats not calcium
Fe, A thing thats not iron
That will bring us back to S (oh-oh-oh)

S-A-C-N-Pool-Ca-Fe-eh
Pool-eh!

Now children, S-A-C-N-Pool and so on
are only the tools we use to get a meal.
Once you have these tools in your heads,
you can have a million different meals by mixing them up.
Like this.

Pool S Ca N C S A
Can you do that?

Pool S Ca N C S A

Pool S Ca Fe eh A eh

Pool S Ca Fe eh A eh

Now, put it all together.

Pool S Ca N C S A, Pool S Ca Fe eh A eh

Good!
But it doesn't mean anything.
So we put in words. One word for every tool. Like this.

When you know the place to eat
Your meals will be complete
Together!

When you know the place to eat
Your meals will be complete

S, A Student, studying
A, for activities
C, A centre, in the mid
N, A connecting word
Pool, A place to swim
Ca, A thing thats not calcium
Fe, A thing thats not iron
That will bring us back to S

S-A-C-N-Pool-Ca-Fe-eh
eh Fe Ca Pool N C A

S C C
C Pool Pool
A N N
Ca Fe Fe

When you know the notes to sing
You can sing most anything

S, A Student, studying
A, for activities
C, A centre, in the mid
N, A connecting word
Pool, A place to swim
Ca, A thing thats not calcium
Fe, A thing thats not iron
That will bring us back to

S . . . Pool S
A . . . Ca N
C . . . C S
N . . . A
Pool . . . Pool S
Ca . . . Ca N
Fe . . . Ca Pool N C A
Fe eh - oh - oh Fe eh -- Pool eh

It sucks, but hey! I came up with it in 5 minutes.
And I'm not perfect so I shan't try to be.
Humph, reaching for your dreams no matter what they might be doesn't always work, you can't exactly fly with no help, eh?

Signing out,
Thats all.
